Maya was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina. She moved to Nashville in 2021 for graduate school and has loved living here ever since. Maya graduated with her Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Tennessee State University and recently completed her clinical fellowship year. She has applied for her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Outside of work Maya loves to travel, hang out with friends, and hit the reformer for a good Pilates workout.
